The Projects Department is the administrative focal point and implementing authority of all major projects undertaken by the Company. Divided into two sections; Contract Management and Site Supervision for operational purposes, the Projects Department plays a crucial part in timely delivery of projects pursued by the Company.

The Contract Management Section monitors and oversees the administrative and contractual side of projects while the Site Supervision Section fulfills the function of on site supervision at the physicla locations of the projects.
