The Legal Department functions as the focal point of consultation on all legal matters of the Company. The unit facilitates all areas of legal advice sought by the various divisions of the Company, either through internal lawyers employed at the Company or through advice from external lawyers hired. In addition to legal consultation, the department also oversees all types of agreements entered into between the Company and external parties.
