Postal services
Postal services are available in Hulhumale' seven days a week, provided by Maldives Post Ltd. which has a local branch onsite in the island.
Telecommunications
The two existing telecommunications providers in the Maldives – Dhiraagu and Wataniya – both operate within and maintain a presence on the island.
Dhiraagu is the sole provider of fixed line telephone connections and internet on the island. They provide mobile services in competition with the second service provider, Wataniya, which provides mobile telecommunication services and mobile internet services.
