The Administration and Human Resources Department is divided into three operational Sections, each overseeing a specific component of the Company and providing back-end support for the various Departments to ensure the efficient operations of HDC.


The Human Resources Section provides support to the operations of HDC though systematic and strategic planning and development of the Human Resources of the organization. Focus is also given to planned improvements of the existing workforce through short-term and long-term skill upgrade programs.


The General Administration Section oversees the daily routine functions of the Company, providing administrative assistance to other Departments through management of the correspondences routing and archiving, dispatch management and general management of the Corporations administrative assets.


The Information Technology Section keeps abreast of technical developments within the professional work environment and provides technical support to ensure smooth operations as well as identifying future opportunities to increase the efficiency of the organization.

 

Procurement Section is responsible for efficient sourcing and delivery of goods and service requirements of the Company. The Procurement section strives to strictly adhere to the procurement policies and procedures of the Company and is capable to handle both local as well as international procurement.
